While the emergency divert will always page, text and call us wherever we are, as a small practice we do not have full time office based staff to answer the phones for general enquiries. The general enquiries option 3 diverts to the vets’ mobile phones so we cannot always answer immediately, but we will respond to voicemails as soon as we can. You can alternatively send a text message to the vets’ mobiles requesting a call back.
